If you fail to attend your scheduled service without prior notice, no refund will be provided. We may offer a rescheduling option based on availability, subject to a rebooking fee.
We strive to offer the best care and attention to your beloved pets. If you are dissatisfied with the service due to a proven error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of the service. We will assess the situation and offer either a reshoot, correction, or partial refund, as appropriate.
